Order Management with GHS Fulfilment Centre is become easier than before with current technologies, and here are main requirements needed to be at your end:
- Internet connection: Nothing special here, you need to be connected to the internet to manage your inventory & account with GHS
- Seller details registration: That’s obvious, you need to have an account with GHS fulfilment in order to fulfil your orders.
- Products: You need to have something to sell don’t you? Make sure that your products are brand new as we currently don’t deal with used items.
- Verified email address: We require that you verify your email address in order to start receiving your notifications, as we will connect all your account’s information on it.
- Trade license and ID:as per new regulations in United Arab Emirates for trading via digital marketing, wewill require to trade license to operate this type of sales andwe will require your ID for legal purposes, this will insure that you’re allowed to sell your items/products in UAE.
- Bank account: You need a bank account to depose/transfer your COD deliveries payments.
This operation might take several days starting from date of receiving your Goods but the actual start will be from the date of approved quotation, where we require:
- Sign the agreement.
- Sales Channels.
- Receive the Products.
- Then GHS will build a set of agreed services in GHS Fulfilment Data& System, for example, items registration, Barcode Printing, building API’s….etc.

DDU service
means if Customs duties& VAT/TAX applicable for the purchased product; then end-customer will be responsible to pay it at the nearest customs office point and then he/she has the option either to collect it or it will proceed to courier who will deliver it to final agreed destination, however this service it is cheaper compared to DDP also in this case the shipment is not insured.
DDP service
means if Customs duties & VAT/TAX applicable for the purchased product;then end-customer will be able to pay it at delivery time at his home/work. This service includes insurance.
Yes, we can offer a variety of branding services such as packing, tagging, wrapping, printed boxes, printed bags, gift wrapping, and printing.

All GHS accounts benefit from pay-as-you-go for order management, storage, and shipping. GHS Fulfilment Centre does not charge hidden fees. Any item you are billed for will be clearly identified and itemized before start this services.
The good news is; we are customer satisfaction oriented company & therefore; we don’t have minimum quantity of orders to let your products reach its lovers, and of course if yourorders reach +250 per month then we have a special discounts package for you as part of our support for your increased sales.
Of course, you can be our client. But we made this pricing page for high order’s volume clients and for clients with orders less than 250 / month you need to contact with our consultant to build your quotation as per your requirements and needs.
Small items can fit in parcel bag up to 5 kg, can fit up to 8 items maximum per one shipment. For more details please consult us.
